Photography Basics is a two-day workshop that reviews all of those steps and settings that control your camera and allow you to take beautiful pictures. Or not. Get the shutter speed wrong and you get a blurred mess; use the wrong aperture watch faces and details disappear into a black hole or a blast of sunlight. And what about ISO, that mysterious setting that controls your camera’s sensitivity to light.

But, when you get these things right, it makes all the difference.

 

So, if you are new to photography, or are dusting off an old passion you will benefit from Photography Basics. There will be time to do some shooting and maybe an assignment for the second session.

 

Time: Tuesday, August 4th, and Tuesday August 11th, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
